SURGERY HOURS

The surgery is open from 8.30 in the morning until 6.00 at night Monday to Friday and the telephone lines remain open during these times. Additional consultations 7.00 to 8.00am on Monday, Thursday and Friday and 8.00 to 11.15am on Saturday. These appointments must be pre-booked.



Out Of Hours Calls

The surgery closes at 6.00pm although a doctor is available at all times for emergencies. If you need a doctor in an emergency after the surgery is closed please dial 020 8777 8245. You will then be advised by recorded message the telephone number of the answering service which will contact the duty doctor on your behalf. The out of hours service is provided by Emdoc, a service commissioned by Bromley Primary Care Trust. It may be possible to deal with your problem by telephone advice, by arranging for you to visit the Emdoc base at Princess Royal University Hospital, Locksbottom, or by arranging an urgent home visit. The telephone number for Emdoc is 020 8676 3263.

Remember: in the event of an acute emergency, always dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

DISABLED ACCESS/FACILITIES

Our premises have suitable access for disabled patients and all consulting rooms are on the ground floor. All patient areas including waiting room, consulting rooms and toilets have wheelchair access.

We have a visual patient call system and hearing loops for people with hearing difficulties and our receptionists are able to assist with patients who may require any additional help. A wheelchair is available from reception.

CAR PARKING

This is a private car park. There is no parking available except for staff at all times. There are two public car parks nearby.
